Discovery & Free Site Visit
Site visit, measurements, structural condition assessment, and a high-level budget estimate. Includes review of electrical & plumbing condition, and options for kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation where applicable.
Design, Scope & Fixed Quote
Detailed design drawings, material boards, 3D visuals for key spaces, and a fixed itemised quote with a milestone timeline. No surprises after you sign.
Approvals & Procurement
We assist with local BMC permissions where required and procure branded materials at competitive rates — managing delivery schedules so work proceeds without delays.
Construction & Daily Supervision
Skilled trades execute structural reinforcement, waterproofing, tiling, plaster, false ceiling, painting and finishes. Daily WhatsApp site updates throughout.
Handover & Aftercare
Final inspection, snag list clearance, handover documentation, warranty certificates and post-renovation support. We don't disappear after handover.
